The CMM programme deals with the business of meetings as well as business management modules related to meetings. This programme selects, educates, and certifies meeting and event professionals at management level and develops their strategic decision-making abilities to manage and deliver exceptional meetings and events. Two CMM programme classes are hosted annually: one in the USA and one in Europe. Each class accommodates 56 selected candidates. The programme content is updated continuously to match today’s evolving international business requirements.

Pieter Swart, CMP became the first person in Africa to attain CMM in 2010 and is the only CMM in South Africa

Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) is the international benchmark qualification for a professional conference organiser (PCO). Pieter Swart obtained this distinguished certification and by so doing became the first SAACI Accredited International PCO in Africa with the CMP designation.
