The Event Architecture Premier Workshop is an advanced programme on strategic event management level.

This Workshop is for:

People that have experience of event planning and management and/or who serve on event planning/management committees and wish to acquire insight in the strategic and tactical processes, tools and techniques used in advanced event management today. • Development of an Event Specification Guide.

• Project definition and management.

• The Strategic budget with tool.

• Event Organizational Structures with tool.

• Stakeholder analyses and management with tool.

• Event risk management with tool.
